What is Mush Moon Mami?
Mush Moon Mami is a slow-living ritual brand inspired by forest life, mushrooms, moon cycles, and the little rituals that make everyday life feel softer. Everything we create is rooted in our love for the hills and the wild spirit of Kodai.

Where is Mush Moon Mami based?
Mush Moon Mami is a creation of Terra Aura Creations, born from our life and love for Kodaikanal and the mountain forests around it.

🍄 About Our Ingredients & Sourcing

Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source our ingredients from trusted suppliers and small-scale producers wherever possible. We choose ingredients based on their quality, origin, freshness and suitability for our blends and rituals.

Are your mushrooms wild-foraged?
Not all of our mushroom ingredients are wild-foraged. Our products use carefully selected mushroom ingredients sourced specifically for their quality and consistency. When something is wild-foraged, we will always tell you its story.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Many of our products are made, blended, packed and finished in small batches. Because of this, tiny variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur — little signs that a real human was involved.

Why do you make things in small batches?
Because we would rather make a little, make it thoughtfully, and keep things fresh than make mountains of things just to keep shelves full.

📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will usually be dispatched within 2–3 business days after it is placed.

During launches, special drops, holidays or particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. We'll keep you posted if that happens.

How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier network.

Remote locations may take a little longer — mountain magic has its own timetable.

How will I know where my order is?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability for your PIN code.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our shipping is limited to India. If you're outside India and really want some Mush Moon Mami magic, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.

🧺 Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no. 💔
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and damaged product. We'll look into it and help you with the next steps.

What if I receive the wrong product?
Mistakes happen, even in the forest. 🌿
If you've received something different from what you ordered, contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out.

Do you accept returns?
Because many of our products are consumable, handmade or prepared in small batches, we generally don't accept returns once an order has been delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients and handmade processes. Colour, texture, scent and appearance can naturally vary from batch to batch.

How should I store my products?
Storage instructions vary by product. Please follow the instructions provided on your product packaging. In general, keep products away from direct sunlight, excess heat and moisture.

Are Mush Moon Mami products suitable for everyone?
Our products are made for everyday rituals, but everyone's body and sensitivities are different. Please read the ingredients carefully before using any product. If you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using products containing herbs, mushrooms or other active ingredients.

Do your products have an expiry date?
Yes. Where applicable, you'll find the batch number, manufacturing details and best-before/expiry information on the product packaging.
